In this 3 hour cookery demo session, I’ll take you step by step through my Summer menu. Tasting each course as you go, you will learn the skills required to recreate each dish in your own kitchen.

You’ll pick up lots of tips and tricks from my many years of cooking at Elliott’s, writing cookbooks, testing food columns and food styling. You’ll gain knowledge on how to choose and use Summer’s produce in your home cooking and notes on how to serve and style food to impress your guests.

Sessions have an informal atmosphere so there’s plenty of time to chat and ask questions throughout.

Ticket includes: Welcome snack and drink, seasonal main and pudding, drinks on the table, plus an exclusive recipe booklet.
